What the AI Recruiter is

micro1’s AI Recruiter is an intelligent, enterprise-grade platform designed to streamline the candidate evaluation process through structured, asynchronous interviews powered by large language models (LLMs). It analyzes candidate responses, generates scores based on predefined criteria, and provides structured insights to help recruiters make faster and more informed decisions—while maintaining a human-in-the-loop (HITL) process at all decision points. By combining natural language processing and customizable job-specific criteria, the AI Recruiter reduces hiring bottlenecks, improves consistency, and supports high-volume recruitment while improving on quality and fairness.

Why compliance matters

As AI becomes increasingly integrated into recruitment workflows, regulatory scrutiny and ethical expectations around its use have grown. Compliance is critical—not just to meet legal requirements such as GDPR, CCPA, LGPD, the NY AEDT Law, and the EU AI Act—but to ensure that every candidate is evaluated fairly, transparently, and without bias. Our commitment to compliance is central to how we design, implement, and deploy AI in hiring contexts. This repository outlines the policies, assessments, and controls we have in place to meet enterprise-grade standards for privacy, fairness, and human oversight.

How this page is structured (with public vs gated content clearly marked)

This repository is designed to serve both legal/procurement teams and technical reviewers evaluating our AI Recruiter. We’ve organized it into two parts:
  • Public Documentation: These sections are accessible to all and include summaries of key compliance topics, official policies, and implementation guidelines. They offer sufficient detail for early-stage assessments and procurement alignment.
  • NDA-Only Documentation: These sections contain sensitive or proprietary information—including technical infrastructure, vendor audit logs, and risk mitigation reports—that are available only upon execution of a mutual non-disclosure agreement (NDA).
Each section below clearly indicates whether its content is public or gated, and documents are either presented in full or linked as downloadable PDFs.
