Right to Explanation

  • Candidates may request a summary of their evaluation, including an explanation of the scoring process used during their interview.
  • While we do not disclose proprietary scoring algorithms, we support transparency by enabling clients to explain the overall evaluation methodology and reinforce that all AI-generated scores are subject to human review before any decision is made.
  • When scores are adjusted by human reviewers, clients may also choose to provide additional context upon request, in line with their own communication policies.

Right to Appeal or Human Review

  • No candidate is ever automatically rejected by AI alone. Every decision is reviewed by a human.
  • Candidates can request a manual re-evaluation if they believe their assessment was impacted by error, bias, or technical issues.

Data Control & Deletion

  • Candidate data is stored only for the duration of the client contract (or less, if requested).
  • Upon request, candidates (via clients) can initiate:
    • Data deletion
    • Data access
    • Correction of inaccurate transcript content
  • Clients have full control over data retention settings within the platform.
