Candidates may request a summary of their evaluation, including an explanation of the scoring process used during their interview.
While we do not disclose proprietary scoring algorithms, we support transparency by enabling clients to explain the overall evaluation methodology and reinforce that all AI-generated scores are subject to human review before any decision is made.
When scores are adjusted by human reviewers, clients may also choose to provide additional context upon request, in line with their own communication policies.
